OK, so I post in RTF for the first time and cut tags don't work! I posted a four part story and I really don't want to be filling up everyone's screen, but I can't get the cut to work. Any advice?

Per the FAQ: Rich Text editor: Highlight the text you want to cut, then press the button (). In the dialog box, you can replace "Read more..." with another word or phrase to link to the entire entry.

Yay, thanks! It worked!
Better than the cut/paste from their faq, at least, which dropped the dialog box name/picture.

You're welcome.
NM, it seems that you got it to work :D

I cut-and-paste the same cut-tag I always used, which always works, but as it turns out, not in RTF. But leela-cat's advice (above) worked - yay! Thanks!
Ever since they 'improved' RTF about a year ago, the cut tags don't work well AT ALL. I do the HTML and it works fine. :)

Ah, well. Keeps my HTML skills sharp. ;)
I've never done rtf before but this story had a lot of italics and I didn't want to hassle with asterisks. Leela_cat gave me a good link on instructions on how to do it. But what a hassle! I just uploaded the same story to ksarchive.com - a snap! It took me about 1/6 of the time to get my story up there than it did here.

Love your pink kryptonite icon!
I just use the code for italics, but if you have a lot, it could be a big pain!

The fandom loves Pink K. It's canon. It turns Kryptonians gay (or brings out the gayness if it's already there, I suppose. ;)

OMG, pink kryptonite canon! When did that happen? Is any of the canon online for me to read? I wish there were more hours in the day and more money in my pocket; I'd love to get back into comics fandom...!
*grins* It was a one-shot story (or scan, actually) published years ago. I'm sorry I don't have a link. But it showed Superman at Jimmy's desk, talking about the dinner Jimmy cooked for him, and how smashing Jimmy looks in bowties, and what fabulous window treatments he has! Jimmy was looking a bit uncomfortable. LOL!

Naturally that one instance launched quite a few Pink K fics! ;)

You can read The Jewel Pink by yours truly if you like, and I'll see if I can get any more links for you. :)
Delightful! Thanks for the link. what an enchanting concept, Superman flying all over the world, chatting up all his superhero pals. Glad he and Bruce got together, and good luck to Linda and Batgirl...!
*grins*

It was one of my retro Silver Age pieces. I'm glad you liked it! :)

I think Linda and Barbara did just fine! ;)
I was sent the link for the Pink K scan! Enjoy! :)

LOL! Gotta love it! What was that panel from, anyway?
I can't remember what story it was from, but by the way Supergirl is dressed it could have been a JLI or JLU issue. :)

Comics fandom is so cool! You can time travel, shape-change, visit alternate timelines and create your own AUs. Kind of like Trek only with more colorful costumes. ;)
LOL! Yes, you're right; you can do all of that in both universes. Ah, to have more time and money! (I just accessed your story, btw, will read and comment.)
